Two o'clock and I'm the only one at Books A Million.
Has it finally happened? What if they gave a Go game and nobody came?
Then Charles appeared from the back of the store.Eric drifted in with brother Tomas (no "H") and Paul Maudrie, followed by Lajos and Attila, and, finally, Jianxin and the Grand Champion of Orlando, our own Dan the Mad Romanian.
A fine time was had by all (not counting the team game) and the high point of the afternoon was the Happy Line Dance at half-time.
It took Lajos, Attila and myself to help Dan get his left foot behind his right ear, but after a few satisfying cracks from his knee, we finally managed to wedge his big toe right into the ear canal.Of course, he fell right over, but at least he remembered to flap his elbows all the way down.
It is not too late! In only one short week, we meet again in Melbourne. Bring your friends, neighbors, business associates and Crazy Aunt Helen and we can do the Mother of all Happy Dances together!
Reserve your place soon.Tickets are selling fast...
