If you weren't at the game today, Sunday, the 17th (and, quite frankly, virtually all of you *weren't,* since only Bart was there), then you didn't get to experience the rare and delightful attendance of our own, beloved vice-president, the lovely and talented Mr. Steven Schneider.Steve even played a game!It was fun.
We also made the acquaintance of Carl Conti who is a Go player from way back when, but who hasn't been able to find anyone to play with. Very fortuitous that we happened to be there. In any case, he is now officially a member of this large (if scarce) distribution and promises he will come to a game if at all possible to refresh his playing skills.We look forward to seeing him whenever we schedule our next infrequent get-together.
Also, you missed out on a free cuppa coffee today; I was buying.
Oh well, just goes to show you the fruits of your apathy.
Maybe this will encourage more of you to come out next time.
